About Shandong Shengrun Textile Since May of 2000, we have been producing spun and embroidered fabric and gray cloth. We export these products to the US, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Singapore, the Middle East and Africa. Our annual sales reach $24 million.
Spinning, Weaving and Embroidery Done On-site
We have two 6,000-square-meter factories that handle all spinning, weaving and embroidery for our embroidered fabric. That means we can offer you a consistent level of quality, and you can track your order through the production process.
Computerized Shuttle-embroidery Machines from South Korea
Our facilities are equipped with 18 computerized shuttle-embroidery machines from South Korea and more than 700 automatic looms. We also have 3,000 spindles and eight sets of combs to help us handle your volume orders. These machines let us turn out 800,000 meters of embroidered fabric and 6 million meters of gray cloth every month. And all of our cloth is made with dyes from Italy and tested to ensure it is colorfast and does not shrink. We are also ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001:2004-certified.
More Than Just Fabric
Fabric and cloth aren't the only goods we offer. You can also come to us for finished home textiles such as bedding and curtains. Our designers create 10 to 20 new styles monthly to keep these offers fresh. We produce 60,000 bedding sets, 1,000 curtains and 4,000 tons per month.
